‘In My Pants’ is a work of particular importance to me. It was created at a time when I was seriously questioning myself and the work I do. I wanted to use this self-portrait to express my uncertainties and doubts. In this self-exposure, I ́m standing in front of the camera in my empty studio. When I watch this video, it ́s like looking in the mirror and seeing my own failure. Even so, I feel no shame, no fear. It ́s a moment of honesty and trust in my own imperfection.
